Surex has been in business since 2011, launching its beta site in 2012. Our company was started in a small town in Magrath Alberta. Our Co-Founders Lance Miller and Matt Alston started the business together and are still running things today. We have now grown to over 200 employees across Canada. Once you finish purchasing your insurance policy, you'll have access to your personal online account by logging on to 'My Surex' through our website. This is where you can print your pink slips, make changes to your policy, and double-check your price on renewal.

Do I pay more to work with a broker?

No, you don’t pay more to work with a broker. Insurance brokers are paid by the insurance companies once policies are sold. All payouts are equal so there is no benefit to the broker to sell one company over the other.
