Wow! 10/10 customer service! I can honestly say that I will never use another insurance company other than Surex because the customer service is absolutly exceptional! Gregory Lambert is an an amazing broker who took the time to work with me to insure we found the best deal possible for me and was so helpful throughout the whole process! I have never seen better customer service in my life! I applied and filled out my information last night and this afternoon I got a call from Gregory who helped walk me through all the steps to make sure that everything was perfect and within less then an hour I had insurance on my car and a smile on my face!
