Amanda Silva was my agent and she was fantastic - very patient on the phone. Thoroughly answered my 50 million questions and showed me alternative prices to my policy changes. Incredibly positive and caring attitude even though our call was 2 hours long at the end of the day! Prior to this I've never heard of Surex but will definitely be recommending them to my friends.
