Surex is a Top Employer for 2023

Surex has ended the year on a high note after being named an IBC Top Insurance Employer in 2023 (in the 101-500 employees category). Various industry-leading organizations were recognized for providing optimal workplace environments, allowing employees to thrive and continue on the road to success.

Insurance Business Canada recognized the best in the insurance industry by having organizations fill out a survey of what their company offers and then employees were invited to do an anonymous survey evaluating their workplace on several things such as benefits, compensation, culture, workplace development, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

The years winning companies scored high marks from their employees in over 20 categories - here’s a glimpse at some of those that made the list:

• Job security
• Work-life balance/flexible work options
• Career advancement and development 
• Diversity, inclusion, and belonging

Organizations that scored above 75% for satisfaction rating among their employees were awarded a coveted spot on the roster for top workplaces in 2023.
