I changed my insurance from a large bank owed company using Surex and their employee Benjamin. At the time I was dealing with a lot of personal problems and Benjamin understood that and wasn’t at all pushy. I had been claim free and no tickets for over 14 years but somehow my insurance with the old company had gone up considerably over the last several years with no phone calls or emails just grabbing it from my account every month. So I started looking into changing my insurance company. Surex and Ben both had a few questions, age 62, miles per year less than 15,000 kms etc…. I was a CAA Plus member and was quoted $48/month less than I had been paying. So $576 dollars annually! My vehicle is also a 2009 Silverado pickup. I want to thank both Surex and especially Benjamin B. for his patience and help. Aviva also tried to withdraw 3 extra months of premiums even although I cancelled my policy with them 2 weeks prior to the policy renewal date. Finally after Aviva was able to get 2 extra months from my account before I put a stop payment to Aviva charges. Ben helped me with this as well and to Aviva’s credit my money was returned
