We contacted Surex for help with obtaining Home Insurance. Paul Powell responded and although we played tag a bit we finally connected. By then our time frame was getting narrow. Paul was tremendously understanding about our situation and worked with us to secure the coverage. I had to go outside to check out our Oil Tank (we live in Nova Scotia), I walk very slow and with a cane due to health issues, he stayed talking to me and he was very patient.
